  1. Go to the pay fees page
  2. Enter your FEIN
  3. Select ‘Continue’
  4. Select ‘Pay Annual Fee’ for the appropriate tax year
  5. Select your payment method
  6. Enter you name and title
  7. Select ‘Continue to Payment’
  8. Enter all the required payment information
  9. Select ‘Continue’
  10. Review your information and select ‘Pay Now’
  11. Select ‘Continue’
  12. Print a copy of your receipt
  13. Select ‘Done’

Under Hawaii law, the Attorney General may assess late fees of $20 per day up to a maximum fee of $1,000 against a charitable organization for failure to timely pay its annual fee.

  1. Go to the search
  2. Select the ‘Charitable Sales Promotions’ tab
  3. Enter your search criteria
  4. At the bottom of the page select ‘Search’
  5. Select a charitable sales promotion from the list of results to view more details
