Description: Mohala Eyewear is a Hawai`i based inclusive eyewear brand. Each pair sold sends a girl to school through our partnership with Room to Read and we have donated $53,767 to date. We are sold at Nordstrom, The Kahala Hotel, Turtle Bay Hotel, Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Ritz Carlton Waikiki, Fighting Eel, and more. We have won the People's Choice Startup of the Year by the Hawaii Venture Capital Association, Honolulu's Best Locally Designed Sunglasses and I am part of the inaugural class of Obama Leaders USA 2023.
Benefits: 100% of the profits from our Maui Wildfires Collection will be donated to the Maui Strong Fund. I have an event at Nordstrom Bellevue 8/26 and 8/27 and Nordstrom has also approved adding this donation commitment to the event. This will help to spread awareness outside of Hawai`i to increase donations. This donation commitment will also run at the Made in Hawaii festival where we will have two booths and 40K people are expected to attend the event.
